Physio Led Pilates gives you all the benefits of Pilates - strength, mobility, posture and balance - combined with the clinical knowledge and personalised guidance of a physiotherapist.
Physio led Pilates are exercises designed for people who suffer from back pain, neck pain, postural problems and more. When you attend a class taken by a physiotherapist you don't need to be concerned about certain exercises making your back pain worse as your instructor will be able to modify exercises suited to your needs.
